- Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Understand the job requirements and create clear, attractive job descriptions and postings.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ fitment based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
