Job Summary
The Quality & Billing Verification Executive is responsible for conducting feedback calls with patients and vendors, ensuring service quality, resolving concerns, and verifying the accuracy of bills and invoices. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction while ensuring billing compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Feedback & Quality Assurance
Conduct feedback calls with patients after consultation, treatment, or discharge.
Record patient experiences, satisfaction levels, and concerns.
Escalate complaints or service issues to the concerned department for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of patient feedback and follow-up actions.
Vendor Coordination & Verification
Contact vendors to confirm services rendered, deliveries completed, and invoice details.
Verify vendor bills and supporting documents against approved quotations, purchase orders, and service records.
Identify discrepancies in billing and coordinate with vendors for corrections.
Ensure timely closure of billing-related queries.
Billing Verification
Review patient and vendor bills for accuracy and completeness.
Cross-check charges, quantities, rates, and supporting documentation.
Report any billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized expenses.
Coordinate with Accounts and Operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain call logs, feedback reports, and billing verification records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on feedback outcomes and billing audits.
Ensure all records are updated in the system accurately and on time.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, quality assurance, operations, billing verification, or healthcare coordination.
Experience in hospitals, healthcare, or service industries will be preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Good knowledge of billing processes and documentation verification.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,079.17 - ₹25,490.57 per month
