Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Domestic BPO team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Responsibilities
- Make and receive customer calls.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
