Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth machine operations while following all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines efficiently.
- Set up machines and perform basic adjustments as required.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum downtime.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain production records and daily shift reports.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 years as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing industry.
- Education: ITI / Diploma / HSC (Technical background preferred).
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Shift Details
This position requires working in rotational shifts, including:
- Morning Shift
- Afternoon Shift
- Night Shift
Salary
- ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) per month
- Salary will be offered based on experience and skills.
