Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update purchase-related data accurately
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs)
- Maintain records of vendors, invoices, and materials
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts team
- Ensure timely data entry and updates
- Handle documentation and filing work
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Basic understanding of purchase processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- ERP knowledge is preferred
