We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Meta algorithm, campaign structure, and a data-first approach to generating real business results—not just vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Work with different campaign objectives (Leads, Sales)
- Manage and optimize Pixel events & Conversion API setup
- Create and manage catalogue (dynamic product) campaigns
- Write high-performing ad copies aligned with audience intent
- Coordinate with design/video teams for image and video creatives
- Focus on website-based lead generation (not just instant forms)
- Optimize campaigns based onplacements, audience signals, and performance data
- Perform deep analysis of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Identify what’s working/not working and take data-driven actions
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads algorithm and learning phase
- Experience with Pixel setup, event tracking, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of different ad formats (image, video, carousel, catalogue)
- Ability to run lead generation campaigns via website funnels
- Experience in audience targeting (custom, lookalike, retargeting, broad)
- Good understanding of ad placements and budget allocation
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Experience working towards performance metrics (CPA, ROAS)
Good to Have
- Experience with Conversion API (CAPI)
- detailed understanding of landing page optimization
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
