Job Description
CLA Architects is looking for an experienced Senior Architect Draftsman with 5+ years of experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings and coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of independently handling projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction details.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
- Maintain drawing documentation and version control.
- Support site execution by resolving drawing-related queries.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect Draftsman.
- Expert in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Revit is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and execution drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
