Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled VTL Operator with at least 2 years of experience in operating Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) machines. The candidate should be capable of setting up, operating, and inspecting machined components while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VTL machines to machine large metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Set workpieces and align fixtures accurately.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset, and basic program loading.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Dial Gauges, and Bore Gauges.
- Inspect finished components as per drawing specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

Qualification

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
