Job Summary
The position is responsible for leading all sales, marketing, revenue generation, and business development activities for hospitality operations. The successful candidate will drive occupancy, room revenue, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships while managing a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Increase occupancy, revenue, profitability, and Average Room Rate (ARR).
- Generate business through corporate accounts, travel agents, DMCs, MICE events, weddings, leisure travel, and inbound tourism.
- Manage relationships with travel trade partners, OTAs, healthcare partners, and corporate clients.
- Lead digital marketing, branding, promotions, PR, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Oversee sales team performance, training, and target achievement.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and revenue management teams to optimize business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical education in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury 5&4-star hotels or resorts.
- Strong expertise in hotel sales, revenue management, business development, and hospitality marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
