Job Description:
InfoBeans Technologies is seeking an Engineer with strong backend engineering and test infrastructure expertise to develop scalable systems software and robust test observability frameworks. This role combines backend engineering, focused on distributed systems and performance optimization using Go, with test infrastructure development, automation, and performance reporting.
What will your role look like
- Develop backend and systems software using Go while engineering distributed systems and gRPC APIs.
- Build, maintain, and improve automated test infrastructure, execution pipelines, and tooling using Python and other languages.
- Design and enhance Grafana dashboards for metrics visualization, test health, and performance trend analysis.
- Integrate and optimize automated test workflows within Jenkins and CI pipelines.
- Investigate infrastructure regressions, flaky test behavior, and test failures to perform root cause analysis and resolution.
- Analyze system performance across storage workloads, memory, CPU, disk I/O, and networking constraints.
- Generate performance reports for observability benchmarks and collaborate across teams to establish reliability best practices.

We would like you to bring along
- Strong backend software engineering experience with solid programming skills in Go and Python.
- Familiarity with observability concepts including telemetry pipelines, metrics, data export, and schema-driven development.
- Experience with distributed systems, service-to-service communication, APIs, and gRPC.
- Solid understanding of systems performance fundamentals, including latency, IOPS, cache behavior, TCP/networking, and resource constraints.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Grafana dashboard generation.
