Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Operations Executive to support employee engagement, HR operations, retention activities, and floor coordination for our BPO operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with employees, managing HR activities, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations on the floor
- Conduct employee engagement activities and fun initiatives
- Support attendance and shrinkage coordination
- Handle employee queries and basic grievance management
- Conduct skip-level meetings and collect employee feedback
- Support retention and attrition control initiatives
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee records
- Work closely with Team Leads and Operations Managers for employee concerns
- Support policy communication and discipline management
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in interacting with employees on the floor
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- MS Excel and basic reporting knowledge preferred

- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or BPO HR will be an added advantage
Note : This role is focused on HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations activities. Candidates with core Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience may not be suitable for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HR operations within BPO or similar work environments.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
