About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our furnishings store. The ideal candidate should have experience in both B2B and B2C sales and be passionate about helping customers select the right furnishings and décor products for their homes and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their furnishing requirements.
- Promote and sell curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, bedsheets, wooden flooring, and related products.
- Generate sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and leads to convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is visually appealing.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the system.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, furnishings, home décor, furniture, interior products, or related industries.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable furnishing solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, billing software preferred).
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in furnishings, home décor, furniture, interior design, or building material sales will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery fabrics, and flooring products is preferred.
