Drive the Power Distribution and Power Quality business across India & SriLanka for Geo expansion territories & drive emerging businesses. Drive business across locations, where Eaton is either not present or has a very weak presence. Drive & lead engagement across the eco-system in the named geo territories including customers , consultants , partners , large & medium System Integrators .
"1. To drive revenue & gross margin objective of the organization in Geo expansion regions & drive emerging business models like Ecommerce . 2. To consistently work towards improving Eaton market share through small & large deals by building deeper connects across various GEO locations (tier3 & tier 4) cities where Eaton have very low share of wallet. Work with all the stakeholders in the ecosystem like end users ,consultants, influencers & partners including system integrators present in that territory. Develop geo markets by retail, institutional and end user sales and ensure Eaton gains market share in these locations .
3. Evangelize 'One Eaton Solution' including UPS, LV, MV Switchgear, Automation & digital offerings including software solutions like DCIM, EPMS, connected hardware like racks, PDU & related UPS systems in large deals
4. Drive data Center business , if available in these respective locations in Govt segment /large local Enetrprise accounts in partnership with DC sales team across regions
5. Practice and drive thought leadership & promote Eaton in Geo expanison locations
6. Coach & nurture sales team working on large deals in these geo territories
7. Drive customer satisfaction across region.
8.. Collaborate with all regions to drive growth & win large customers.
9. Work very closely with partners across the geo expansion locations across the country and increase the spread of deals through Partners, System Integrators across these named geo expansion locations ."
