Project Governance & Delivery
- Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Maintain accurate project documentation — including project charters, status reports, RACI matrices, risk registers, and decision logs.
- Drive milestone tracking and ensure accountability across all workstreams and delivery partners.
- Facilitate structured governance forums, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, IT teams, procurement, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and hold delivery partners accountable to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
- Translate technical information into clear, concise updates for non-technical audiences.
- Navigate competing priorities and facilitate decisions across cross-functional teams.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify, log, and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain change control processes and ensure that scope changes are assessed, approved, and documented.
- Implement mitigations and contingency plans to protect project delivery timelines.
Regional Coordination
- Coordinate deployments across multiple APAC sites and markets, accounting for local regulatory, operational, and cultural considerations.
- Partner with country-level IT and facilities teams to plan and sequence rollout activities.
- Support wave-based or phased delivery models, managing dependencies between sites.
Programme & Portfolio Support
- Contribute to broader programme planning, supporting the development of roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans.
- Assist in onboarding new projects to portfolio governance frameworks.
- Track benefits realisation and lessons learnt to inform continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience delivering IT or technology-enabled projects in a corporate environment.
- Strong project management methodology knowledge (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/hybrid).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently across geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills — written and verbal.
- Experience managing vendor and third-party relationships in a multi-provider environment.
- Ability to produce clear, executive-quality reporting and documentation.
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
Desirable
- Experience in corporate real estate, workplace technology, or facilities management environments.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects such as network deployments, AV/VC systems, or software rollouts.
- Exposure to APAC regional delivery, particularly across markets such as India, China, Japan, Australia, or Southeast Asia.
- Experience working within ITSM frameworks (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of procurement governance and RFQ/tendering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project management certification preferred: PMP (PMI), PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Agile or hybrid delivery certification (e.g. PMI-ACP, SAFe) is advantageous.
