Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Collection Officer to join our team in Nagpur. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit assigned shops and collect monthly payments on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable traveling within the assigned area, and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned shops and customers as per the collection schedule.
- Collect monthly payments and ensure timely submission of collected amounts.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and customers.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding collection status and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly collection reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting.
- Prior experience in collections, sales, or field operations will be an added advantage.
