Job Summary
AVM Labs is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a professional and seamless customer experience across our diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Email, Live Chat, and VSoft CRM software.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with queries related to diagnostic tests, services, reports, and other support requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with relevant teams and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide clear information and guidance to customers regarding diagnostic services.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Ensure customer queries are handled within the required turnaround time.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following:
- B.Sc. Microbiology
- B.Sc. Biotechnology
- B.Sc. Biochemistry
- M.Sc. Microbiology
- M.Sc. Biotechnology
- M.Sc. Biochemistry
- DMLT
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with CRM software and other computer applications.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a healthcare/diagnostic laboratory environment.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA
- Laptop & Mobile Allowance: ₹2,000 per month (included in the salary)
- Laptop is mandatory for this role; the company will not provide a laptop.
- Accommodation and food are not provided.
