- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to leads or prospects using scripts, and answer incoming calls from customers.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify opportunities, pitch products/services, and convince prospects to enter the sales funnel or finalize purchases.
- Customer Support: Address questions, troubleshoot basic product issues, and provide accurate information.
- Data Management: Log call details, update customer profiles, and record feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a schedule to regularly contact prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit daily, weekly, or monthly metrics for call volume, lead conversion, or sales.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
