POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a talented, experienced, and proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, obtaining and comparing product quotations, and creating customized proposals based on customers’ specific requirements.
The role involves extensive coordination and communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely responses. Strong negotiation skills are essential to secure competitive terms while maintaining quality standards. The position also requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, clear communication, and efficient support throughout the sales process.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in inside sales, vendor management, or procurement roles, preferably in the home automation or technology industry.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
· Knowledge of home automation systems and smart home technologies is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams for conveying information, negotiating terms, and building relationships.
· Talent for negotiating favourable pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors, addressing customer concerns, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
· Experience in managing relationships with vendors, including sourcing products, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
· Vital customer-centric approach for understanding needs, preferences, and tailoring proposals to meet specific requirements while providing exceptional service.
· Essential detail-oriented approach for accurately analysing product specifications, pricing, and creating customized proposals.
· Strong organizational skills needed for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing activities, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
· Crucial ability to identify issues, address challenges, and find creative solutions to meet customer requirements and drive successful outcomes.
· Effective organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage leads, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
· Ability to handle rejection, overcome obstacles, and persistently pursue sales opportunities to achieve success in a competitive market.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify new market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSITION:
· Identify and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers of home automation products.
· Communicate with vendors to obtain product specifications, pricing, and quotations in a timely manner.
· Analyze vendor quotations and negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive pricing and favourable terms for our customers.
· Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
· Create customized proposals for customers based on their specific needs, incorporating the most suitable products and solutions from our vendors.
· Present proposals to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
· Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and finalize sales agreements.
· Maintain accurate records of vendor communications, quotations, and sales activities in our CRM system.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new product offerings from vendors.
