Shri Mahalaxmi Autoparts Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing automotive spare parts company engaged in wholesale, retail, and e-commerce operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CMA professional who can strengthen our financial planning, cost management, compliance, and business decision-making.
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified CMA who will be responsible for financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and supporting management with strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct product-wise and business-wise cost analysis.
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze profitability and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and Tax Audit.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Perform financial planning and variance analysis.
- Review inventory valuation and cost allocation.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closure.
- Support management with financial decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Improve financial processes and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- CMA (Qualified/Final) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
- Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
