Job Role:
Handle outbound calls to existing customers for subscription renewals and payment follow-ups. Explain renewal details and ensure timely payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for subscription renewal
- Inform customers about validity, renewal plans, and charges
- Follow up on pending renewal payments
- Guide customers on payment modes and process
- Update call status, customer interaction, and payment details in CRM/Google Sheets
- Address customer queries related to subscriptions and services
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass
- Good Telgu,Hindi communication
- Prior Experience (1-2 year) in telecalling
- Basic computer knowledge
