Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiter / OPT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across various US visa categories while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements. The recruiter will work closely with Bench Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure successful consultant deployment and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit candidates across various visa categories including OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, Green Card (GC), and US Citizens.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants for internal bench hiring and client requirements.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes, evaluate candidate qualifications, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, client interactions, feedback collection, and offer management.
- Ensure timely completion of candidate documentation, onboarding, and compliance processes.
- Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System), recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Collaborate with Bench Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to support consultant placements and project deployments.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with US staffing trends, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in US Staffing, US IT Recruitment, or OPT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US visa classifications and work authorization processes.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for niche technologies such as Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, and ERP Technologies.
- Experience managing internal bench consultants and consultant engagement activities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,299.82 - ₹41,977.32 per month
