Senior Business Consultant
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, or Product Consulting.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, discovery sessions, and client-facing discussions.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, business process analysis, and business architecture.
- Experience managing project scope, risks, defects, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, and Project Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience delivering scalable business solutions.
- Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and other project artifacts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Experience with insurance, claims, disability, or benefits management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technology-driven process optimization is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
