Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher to 5 year

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production, material preparation, and stage-wise quality operations.
- Support fabrication, planning, and worker management.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the planning team for system improvements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Residing in or near Indapur, or willing to relocate to the vicinity.
- Basic knowledge of welding symbols, welding defects, engineering drawing tool, etc.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with a responsible attitude.
