Civil Site Engineer Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating labour and materials, reviewing AutoCAD drawings, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that site activities are completed as per project requirements.
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
- Monitor construction materials, labour, and equipment usage.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Track daily work progress and prepare site progress reports.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and timely project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and the project team for smooth execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities, labour, and subcontractors.
- Candidates from East Coast Road (ECR), OMR and nearby areas are preferred.
Job Details
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days per Week)
