Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and the company website.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and online sales channels.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and profitability.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend growth strategies.
- Manage pricing, inventory planning, and stock availability across all platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, business insights, and performance dashboards.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, or online sales, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
- Hands-on experience with major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
