Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs relating to construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts. The role involves minimizing costs while maintaining quality and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Analyze drawings and specifications for cost planning
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost control measures
- Manage project finances, including cost tracking and forecasting
- Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
- Prepare and verify interim and final bills
- Verify contractor bills and measurements
- Prepare and certify RA bills as per work progress
- Monitor variations and changes in project scope
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers
- Prepare reports on project progress and financial status
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting
- MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
