Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential students and explain our course details. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain courses clearly and confidently
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records
- Answer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is a plus
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
- Experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
