JOB DESCRIPTION:c
1. Conduct regular field visits to logistics sites (warehouses, depos) to monitor operations, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions for process optimization.
2. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance evaluation, contract negotiations, and payments to ensure reliable supply chain partnerships.
3. Handle land acquisition processes for new facilities or expansions, coordinating site surveys, documentation, legal clearances, and stakeholder approvals while mitigating delays.
4. Ensure full compliance with local regulations (e.g., RERA, labor laws, environmental norms) through audits, documentation, and risk assessments during field operations.
5. Track and close all operational dues (e.g., vendor payments, statutory filings, utility bills) within defined timelines.
