MADAX Media is a creative agency working primarily with F&B, hospitality and lifestyle brands. We create content that blends strategy, storytelling and strong visual direction.
We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands social media, has a strong sense of pacing and can turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.
What You'll Do
- Edit Reels, short form videos and social media content for multiple brands
- Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to bring concepts to life
- Understand briefs, references and brand language before editing
- Create engaging cuts with strong pacing, transitions, music and sound design
- Add typography, motion graphics, subtitles and other visual elements where required
- Repurpose shoot footage into multiple content formats
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines
- Stay updated with current Reel trends, editing styles, formats and audio
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an agency or creative setup
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short form content
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar editing software
- Good understanding of music, pacing, storytelling and visual composition
- Motion graphics skills will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple brands
- A creative eye and willingness to experiment with new formats
We're not looking for someone who just knows how to cut footage. We’re looking for someone who knows when to cut, why to cut and how to make someone stop scrolling.
