Specialist, Marketing Performance Analytics
The Budget & Operations team member will liaise with marketing leaders and the Finance department to foster an environment that drives data driven decision-making and operational excellence through Brand Marketing & Communication organization. You will be responsible for budget planning and performance monitoring, financial and hours data ecosystem, and data storytelling and insights to meet our growing and complex business needs. You will act as a strategist, advisor, implementer to achieve streamlined activities within the organization based on urgency and priority. You will be able to collate and prioritize critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision making; deliver insight and make recommendations to help realize the vision for the organization.
You will have the desire to learn the inner workings of the marketing organization to enable you to deliver in the most meaningful way to inform and influence business decisions. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in business operations, budget management, and project management, with the ability to analyze large data sets, create digestible insights, and leverage the data to tell a story that will resonate for various audiences.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Marketing Performance Analytics on the Budget & Operations team, you will be responsible for:

Managing budgets end to end, including planning, tracking, execution, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations

Delivering reporting and insights on budget, capacity, utilization, and forecasts to support organizational objectives and decision-making

Partnering with senior leaders and Finance to organize and track expenses, support year-end close and accrual activities, and execute cost allocations and journal entry processes

Conducting audits and reconciliations of large data sets, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the quality assurance of reports and dashboards

Analyzing staffing capacity, utilization, and investment decisions while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM OR 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
-
5+ years of business finance operations experience

Experience managing large and complex budgets
-
Experience analyzing large data sets and performing audits and reconciliations

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools

Experience managing and submitting invoices for processing and serving as a subject matter expert for invoice submission tools

Experience with capacity and utilization management in a large organization

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Marketing
