Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop distributor/dealer networks, and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, market expansion, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage distributor/dealer network in the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Execute promotional and branding activities in the market.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and market strategies.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred (optional).
Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in sales/field sales.
- FMCG/FMCD/Telecom/Retail industry experience preferred.
Salary
As per company standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Working Conditions
- Extensive field travel required.
- Must possess a valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
