Eligibility:-
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in an International BPO Sales process (Mandatory).
✔ Proven experience in leading and managing International Sales teams.
✔ Excellent English communication, leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
✔ Experience in US Sales or Australian Sales processes will be an added advantage.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a target-oriented mindset.
✔ Must be comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift).
