Production Intern (Photography, Videography & Video Editing)

About Ideacraft
Ideacraft Eventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and creative Production Intern to join our in-house content production team. If you're enthusiastic about photography, videography, content creation, and visual storytelling, this internship offers hands-on exposure to professional production workflows, brand campaigns, and commercial shoots.
You will work alongside experienced creative professionals and gain practical experience in photography, videography, editing, and content production using industry-standard equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in product photography, lifestyle shoots, and corporate photography.
- Support video production for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and corporate projects.
- Set up cameras, lighting, tripods, gimbals, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during shoots.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Edit and retouch product photographs and lifestyle images.
- Perform basic color correction, sound balancing, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and digital media assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams to deliver high-quality content within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, editing techniques, and social media trends.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of DSLR or Mirrorless cameras.
- Understanding of photography composition, framing, lighting, and camera settings.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
