We are looking for an Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions, service bookings, technician coordination, and daily service center operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Management
- Attend customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
- Explain services, pricing, and repair processes.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
Service Coordination
- Register service requests and create job Sheets.
- Track repair status and update customers regularly.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
Operations Management
- Maintain service records and customer databases.
- Monitor pending jobs and ensure timely completion.
- Handle billing and payment tracking.
Requirements
- Any degree or diploma.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel , Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in a service center, retail store, or customer support role is preferred.
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
