Job Summary
MasterKey Media is looking for a proactive and confident Client Relationship Manager to manage client communication, build strong relationships, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain client records and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and strengthen client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management is preferred.
Salary
- Probation (3 Months): ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month
- After Probation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives
- Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work from Office (Raipur)
