Sr. Accounts Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) and Tax Invoices with proper compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports along with variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor payments and client collections.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely financial disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Manage GST compliance activities including GST return filing, GST payments, and GST ledger reconciliations.
- Apply and maintain knowledge of GST structures including CGST, SGST, IGST, and UTGST.
- Process and monitor TDS deductions, reconciliations, payments, and related statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and verify invoices with accurate HSN Code and SAC Code classifications.
- Handle documentation and compliance requirements related to SEZ transactions and related regulatory processes.
- Coordinate with banks for management of financial facilities including Overdraft (OD) and Bank Guarantee (BG).
- Liaise with authorities, auditors, banks, and internal departments to support financial reportingand compliance activities.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
