Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical support for web hosting environments, IIS servers, websites, and related infrastructure. Ensure smooth operation of hosted applications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain server availability. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for websites, web applications, and hosting environments. Monitor and maintain Windows and Linux servers. Configure and manage IIS web servers. Deploy websites and perform basic hosting-related configurations. Manage domains, SSL certificates, and website bindings. Troubleshoot website, server, and hosting-related issues. Monitor server performance and uptime. Assist in backup, restore, and routine maintenance activities. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
