CESTA Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is a leading engineering, surveying, GIS, and geospatial solutions company delivering innovative services to government departments, public sector organizations, infrastructure companies, engineering consultants, and private clients across India.
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Delhi NCR region by generating new business opportunities and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present our engineering, surveying, GIS, and geospatial solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into successful business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Candidates with prior Business Development/Sales experience in engineering, surveying, GIS, geospatial, infrastructure, or related service industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong passion for achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gurugram, Delhi NCR, and nearby regions.
Pay: ₹11,530.80 - ₹30,000.00 per month
