We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our market presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and product presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Execute promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
