Executive – Finance & Accounts
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, banking transactions, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily banking activities, including payments and receipt entries.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements.
- Record and maintain import and export accounting transactions.
- Ensure accurate deduction, accounting, and compliance of TDS as per applicable regulations.
- Perform ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
- Carry out bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly.
- Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments for financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate MIS reports and support management with financial data and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and finance operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, XLOOKUP, basic formulas, etc.).
- Knowledge of TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in ledger and bank reconciliations.
- Understanding of import and export accounting entries.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or Inter CA/CMA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience working with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Busy, or similar accounting systems is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
