Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Develop and implement detailed lesson plans covering the full syllabus, including organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.
- Laboratory Management: Conduct practical experiments, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols while preparing students for laboratory evaluations.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Create, administer, and grade tests, assignments, and periodic examinations, providing constructive feedback for student progress.
- Student Mentorship: Offer personalized guidance for Board exams and competitive exams like NEET or JEE.
- Academic Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, parents-teacher meetings (PTMs), and curriculum planning, often using digital tools and smart classroom technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university is essential.
- Teaching Certification: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
- Experience: Usually requires 2–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE or ICSE school setting.
- Skill Set: Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication, classroom management ability, and proficiency in using technology tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
