Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Dual Role)
Location: Delhi (Onsite)
Experience: 3–4 Years (Agency / Govt. / Ministry Experience Preferred)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can seamlessly blend visual design with compelling video storytelling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on government/ministry accounts and understand the nuances of public communication, compliance, and large-scale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design high-impact creatives for digital, print, and social media campaigns
· Edit engaging videos including ads, reels, corporate films, and campaign content
· Ensure brand consistency across all communication assets
· Work closely with content, strategy, and client servicing teams
· Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround times, especially for time-sensitive government campaigns
· Incorporate feedback from internal teams and ministry stakeholders efficiently
Requirements:
· 3–4 years of experience in a marketing/creative agency
· Proven experience handling government/ministry or PSU accounts (highly preferred)
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
· Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and video storytelling
· Ability to manage end-to-end creative execution under tight deadlines
· Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines
