Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and source potential clients through research, cold calls, networking, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified leads by leveraging online research tools, databases, and market trends.
- Develop and execute strategies to target new markets and expand the client base.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with potential clients and introduce them to the company’s Odoo-based solutions.
- Maintain a professional and engaging rapport with prospective clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Attend meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase how your company's offerings can solve the client's challenges.
Sales Funnel Management:
- Move prospects through the sales process by following up on leads, conducting meetings, and preparing proposals.
- Manage the sales funnel, ensuring all interactions with leads are logged and tracked in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Prioritize leads and manage multiple prospects simultaneously to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Identify key industries or sectors to focus on for potential business growth.
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position the company’s services effectively in the market.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to create proposals, marketing materials, and sales presentations.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure the solutions offered meet client expectations.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship management to close deals.
- Support post-sales activities by ensuring smooth handover to the delivery and implementation teams.
Continuous Learning & Adaptation:
- Stay updated on Odoo products, ERP solutions, and industry trends to better engage with clients.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the sales process, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and client needs by fine-tuning your approach and strategies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Experience with Odoo ERP or other ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and bring in new projects
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
