* Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth in the allocated territory.
* Develop new business opportunities by meeting customers, generating leads, and conducting product presentations.
* Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator to schedule customer appointments and manage CRM activities.
* Prepare weekly travel plans, customer visit reports, and expense statements.
* Submit quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close sales.
* Collect purchase orders, advance payments, and ensure timely payment collection from customers.
* Maintain complete customer records, including contact details, visit reports, and market feedback.
* Coordinate with production, dispatch, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
* Resolve customer complaints and warranty-related issues in coordination with the technical team.
* Identify government project opportunities, support vendor empanelment, and assist in tender-related activities.
* Participate in tender negotiations, customer meetings, and follow up on government and institutional projects.
* Monitor competitors, market trends, and submit regular market intelligence reports.
* Support distributors and channel partners to improve sales performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and submit all required reports on time.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in B2B/Project Sales, preferably in Electrical, LED, Solar, or Industrial Products.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software is preferred.
*salary package 25000-30000 with TA ,DA,2%INCENTIVES
