Company: US Health Testing
Location: Chennai (on-site) — [adjust if remote]
Shift: Night shift, aligned to US business hours (approx. 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Type: Full-time
About Us
US Health Testing is a US-based third-party administrator (TPA) for DOT drug and alcohol testing compliance. We help American trucking fleets and owner-operators stay compliant with federal testing regulations. Our clients call us — we don’t cold call anyone.
The Role
You’ll be the first voice a US fleet owner hears when they call to enroll in our testing program. This is an inbound-only role. No sales, no targets, no cold calling. Your job is to answer calls, explain how enrollment works, collect the right information, and get clients set up accurately in our system.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls from US trucking companies and drivers wanting to enroll or asking about their account
Walk callers through the signup process step by step
Collect and enter enrollment details accurately (company info, driver info, documentation)
Follow up by email to complete pending enrollments
Escalate compliance or technical questions to the right team member
Keep clean records of every call and enrollment status
What We Need
Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, easy for American callers to understand (this is the #1 requirement)
1–3 years in a US voice process, customer service, or onboarding role preferred; strong freshers with exceptional English considered
Comfortable working night shift permanently
Detail-oriented — enrollment errors create compliance problems for clients
Basic computer skills: email, web forms, spreadsheets
What This Role Is NOT
Not a sales job. No quotas, no commissions, no outbound calling.
Compensation: [salary range] + night shift allowance
How to Apply: Send your CV with a 60-second voice note introducing yourself to [email]. Applications without a voice note will not be considered.
