In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer analytics and transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics projects that focus on customer segmentation, retention strategies, and overall customer journey improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify data-driven opportunities for process enhancements.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and trends that can inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest modifications as needed.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer experience enhancement programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer analytics.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data interpretation and application.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings effectively.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Understanding of insurance industry trends and customer behavior is a plus.
