Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager / Executive to join our team full-time. This role requires someone who can manage end-to-end social media operations—from content creation to client coordination—while ensuring consistent brand messaging and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts in line with content calendars
- Create engaging content including captions, creatives, and basic video concepts
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and internal teams for content production
- Act as a point of contact for clients—understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor social media performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Ensure brand consistency across all social channels
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Basic content writing and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an agency setup
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Understanding of paid social media campaigns is a plus
