Plant Location: Vasai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and organized professional to join our Fasteners Division as a Marketing & Sales Planning Executive / Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication abilities, excellent coordination skills, and experience in customer support, sales planning, and order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers on a day-to-day basis and maintain updated customer data.
- Handle customer inquiries, telephonic communication, and regular follow-ups.
- Provide customer support and manage after-sales service activities.
- Follow up on orders, dispatch schedules, and outstanding payments.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Keep customers informed about product offerings, pricing updates, and market trends.
- Coordinate effectively with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts Departments.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain records using MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally.
- Assist management in sales planning and customer engagement activities.
Candidate Requirements
Preferred Candidate: Having Good Knowledge in SS Fasteners Products like Nuts & Bolt
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Marketing, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Office Administration.
Required Skills:
✔ Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
✔ Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Word
✔ Customer handling and coordination abilities
✔ Pleasant personality with professional behavior
✔ Responsible, confident, sincere, and hardworking attitude
