Key Responsibilities
Attendance & Time Office
- Monitor daily biometric attendance and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify late coming, early leaving, missed punches, overtime and outdoor duty (OD) records.
- Maintain attendance, shift and holiday records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports.
Payroll Support
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs.
- Reconcile attendance, leave, overtime and salary deductions before payroll processing.
- Maintain employee salary, CTC and Full & Final settlement records.
Employee Records
- Maintain complete employee files including joining documents, KYC, appointment letters, confirmations, exits and employee master data.
- Ensure all records are updated and properly filed.
Leave & HR Administration
- Manage leave applications and balances.
- Coordinate onboarding, exit formalities, employee communications and HR documentation.
Compliance
- Maintain statutory HR and labour law registers.
- Coordinate documentation required for PF, ESI, audits and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer letters and onboarding formalities.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare regular HR reports including attendance, absenteeism, manpower, overtime, leave and attrition reports.
- Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations in Industry.
- Good knowledge of payroll inputs, labour laws, PF & ESI.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS/Biometric systems.
- Strong organisational, communication and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
