Position: Video Editor
Location: Gurugram
Working Days: 6 days/week
Experience Required: 2-5 Years
- Edit long-form videos such as podcasts, interviews, property walkthroughs, and YouTube videos with strong storytelling and clear narrative flow.
- Create high-engagement short-form content including Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media clips optimized for retention and shareability.
- Produce brand and company videos from concept to final edit that communicate the Openhouse story effectively.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to define visual direction, tone, and storytelling approach.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design to improve viewer experience.
- Maintain consistent visual style, branding, and editing standards across all video formats.
- Organize footage, manage project files, and ensure timely delivery of edits within deadlines.
- 1. 2–5 years of experience editing marketing, brand, or digital content videos.
- Hands-on expertise with the following tools:
Video Editing
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
Motion Graphics
- Adobe After Effects (text animation, motion graphics)
Design Tools
- Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma (for supporting visual design work)
- Strong understanding of color grading, pacing, storytelling flow, transitions, and visual tone.
- Experience editing for both short-form and long-form digital formats (Reels, YouTube, web videos).
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining high-quality output.
- Experience conceptualizing or directing brand films or founder-led content.
- Knowledge of 3D elements, motion templates, or LUT-based color grading.
- Ability to coordinate shoots or guide cinematographers on shot composition.
